"Sin Fronteras"
"Sin Fronteras" was founded by Hilda Gonzalez, Founder of ICDI in 2018 as a way to represent the Mexican Culture through the art. "Sin Fronteras", which means "Without Borders" is for Mrs. Gonzalez, an apology for a better world.
